Payments are posted real-time for those made through Smart Money, selected Bayad Center outlets, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, Maybank, Robinsons Department Store, SM and Savemore, and 7-Eleven Stores. Meanwhile, for other accredited payment centers, payments may be posted on the next business day, and are subject to applicable cut-off schedules.

Smart Money (posted on near real-time)

Pay your bills anytime, anywhere with just a few clicks on your cellphone. .
  1. With your Smart cellphone, go to SMART Menu > SMART Money > Pay Bills > Others
  2. Key in Biller Code 03007 and your Sun Bill Account Number (found in your billing statement). Once Pay from is shown on the screen, press OK.
  3. Select Smart Money account, key in the amount of payment, then press OK. At the confirmation message, press OK.
  4. Enter your w-PIN, then press OK. You will receive a payment transaction confirmation through text message.

Mobile Banking

You may pay via Mobile Banking Service (MBS) through the following banks:

To use the service, inquire and fill-out an MBS application form at these banks or call our toll free hotline number 15177 using your Smart cellphone or 8457777 using your landline to inquire about this payment facility. Once enrolled, simply follow these steps:

  1. Select Mobile Banking menu in your Sun cellphone SIM Menu
  2. Click Pay Bills and enter 03007 (Sun Biller Code) , your Sun account number and payment amount.

Internet Banking

ATM Payments

To pay your bill through BANCNET, BDO and BPI EXPRESS ATMs , simply go to Bills Payment, select SUN or SMART / SUN, and follow instructions as prompted.

Credit Card Auto-Debit Agreement (ADA)

ADA provides for an easy and convenient way of paying your bills using any of the following locally issued credit cards:

  • Citibank
  • Diners Club
  • EastWest Bank
  • Metrobank
  • Union Bank
  • Visa , MasterCard, American Express and JCB credit card Simply accomplish the ADA Card Enrollment Form available at any Sun Shop near you or visit your bank for enrollment.

Credit Card Payments via Phone Banking

For Bankard credit card holders, you may call 888-1-888 for customer service.

Bayad Centers (payments made at selected outlets are posted on near real-time)

Paying your bills is easy with over 3,500 accredited Bayad Center outlets nationwide. Check payment is accepted at selected branches only.

Cebuana Lhuillier (posted on near real-time)

Payments may be accepted at any of the 1,500 Cebuana Lhuillier outlets.

M Lhuillier (posted on near real-time)

Payments may be accepted at any of the 2,000 M Lhuillier outlets.

Robinsons Department Store (posted on near real-time)

Sun bill payments are accepted at all Robinsons Department Stores.

SM and Savemore (posted on near real-time)

Sun bill payments are accepted at all SM Malls and selected Savemore branches.

7-Eleven Stores and ECPay Partner Merchants (posted on near real-time)

You may pay at any of the over 1300 7-Eleven outlets and 5000 ECPay Partner Merchants nationwide. Selected 7-Eleven stores are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Sales persons are not authorized to receive payments for your monthly bills. Sun is not obliged to honor, and shall not be held liable for any uncredited or unposted payment made to a sales person.
  • Please have your Account Number on hand when paying your bills.
  • When paying in check, please issue one check per account. Indicate your account number at the back of the check.
  • To ensure correct posting of your payments made through our accredited payment channels, please verify the details indicated in the proof of payment.
