Account Status

Your account status may be active, redirected or disconnected.



Active

Account has an active service without overdue balance. All incoming and outgoing transactions are enabled.


Redirected

All outgoing transactions are disabled during this time. This happens when you exceed your credit limit or fail to pay your bill on time.


Disconnected

All incoming and outgoing transactions are disabled during this time. The total barring of services may be because of overdue balance or other cases as may be determined by Sun.
