A pending status means that we are waiting for you to input the One Time Pin (OTP) to complete your enrollment. Enter the OTP sent to the mobile number that you enrolled.

Your Stars are based on your monthly Sun Postpaid bill that should be paid on-time and in full
1 Rewards Star for every P125 bill payment, paid on time and in full Ex: 1500 bill payment, paid on time and in full = 12 Stars

Ex: 1500 bill payment, paid on time and in full on Auto Debit Payment Agreement = 24 Stars

You cannot share your stars with another customer, but you may choose to redeem your Stars as a gift to family and friends, by way of bill credits or coupons.

Yes. Stars earned in 2019 are valid for redemption until March 31, 2021. Stars earned will always expire on the following year’s March 31.

No. Stars may only be used to redeem Rewards of your choice from the MVP Rewards app.
