  1. Sun will give a free data boost to existing Sun Postpaid and Sun Broadband Postpaid subscribers, enrolled in a 6-month installment payment program, who will settle their postpaid bill in full and on time within the promo period.

  2. The free data boost will be given to the following postpaid segments:

    Sun Postpaid & Sun Broadband Postpaid
    Plan MSF Tier Additional Data
    Below Plan 999 2GB
    Plans 999 to 1999 3GB
    Plans 2000 and up 5GB
  3. The free data boost will be automatically credited to the subscriber's account within 8 working days. A successful crediting SMS notification shall be sent to the subscriber’s mobile number.

  4. Any mode of payment is qualified.

  5. Data rollover does not apply to free data boost. The free data boost will expire after 30 days.

  6. The free data boost is not applicable to Corporate Accounts and Infinity Accounts.

  1. Who are qualified for the promo?

    Free data boost is an incentive offered to Sun Postpaid and Smart Sun Broadband Postpaid customers who still choose to settle their bills in full and on time, even while enrolled to the 6-month installment payment program*.

    *To ease the burden of customers during the COVID-19 crisis, Smart has rolled out a 6-month installment payment for its Smart and Sun Postpaid customers with outstanding balances as of April 30, 2020.

  2. What does “paying your bill in full and on time” for this promo mean?

    Payments made “in full and on time” apply to customers who would pay their Total Amount Due and Remaining Installment Amount in full on or before their May 2020 bill due date within the promo period.

  3. What happens if I pay my bill in full and on time?

    As a token of our appreciation, if you pay your bills in full and on time, you will get a free data boost with a value that corresponds to your monthly service fee tier. This will be credited to your account within eight (8) working days upon posting of payment. You will also be automatically unenrolled to the 6-month installment payment program.

  4. I have already paid my Total Amount Due for my May 2020 Bill. Can I still qualify for the FREE Data Boost? What can I do to qualify?

    Just paying for your Total Amount Due for your May 2020 Bill will not qualify your account for the FREE Data Boost. You will also have to pay all your Remaining Installment Amount (covering the 6-month term from May 2020 until October 2020) on or before June 30, 2020 to qualify for the free data boost.

  5. What happens if my payment can only cover for my Total Amount Due for my May 2020 Bill and only one (1) – (5) installment amounts?

    You will not be qualified for the promo and your Remaining Installment Amount will remain enrolled to the installment program. To qualify for the data boost, you must pay all your installment amounts (covering the 6-month term from May 2020 until October 2020), along with your Current Charges for your May 2020 Bill.

  6. I have already paid my Total Amount Due for my May 2020 Bill. Can I still qualify for the FREE Data Boost? What can I do to qualify?

    Just paying for your Total Amount Due for your May 2020 Bill will not qualify your account for the FREE Data Boost. You will also have to pay for all your Remaining Installment Amount on or before June 30, 2020 to qualify for the free data boost.

  7. How much FREE data boost will I receive after paying my bill in full and on-time?

    The value of your free data boost will depend on your monthly service fee tier. Please refer to the table below.
