Mechanics on how to join:

1. Promo is open to all existing Sun Postpaid subscribers with active subscriptions from July 3 – July 24, 2013.
2. Promo is open to NCR Sun Shop subscriptions only (see attached annex for list of NCR Sun Shops).
3. Below are the list of Postpaid Plans a subscriber needs to be subscribed to in order to join the promo:
• Sun Postpaid
• Any Sun Plan which has a Monthly Service Fee of P350 and above: Plan 350, Plan 450, Plan 600, C&S 999, Group Plan 699, Group Plan 999, Group Plan 1299, Plan 999, Plan 1599, Plan 1799, Elite 1500, Elite 2500, Elite 3500
• Sun Broadband
• Any Sun Broadband Postpaid Plan: Plan 250, Plan 350, Plan 450, Plan 899, Group Plan 699, Group Plan 999, Gadget Plan 600, Gadget Plan 799, Gadget Plan 899, Gadget Plan 999
4. Open to individual accounts only. A Sun Postpaid Plan with multiple lines will be considered as one entry only.
5. For Group Plans (with multiple lines), only the principal account will be considered for the promo.
6. Subscription to the qualified Sun Postpaid Plans automatically gives the subscriber one raffle entry to the promo.
7. Flyers announcing the promo will be attached in the application forms of NCR Sun Shops. Subscribers will be asked to confirm their consent that they will join the raffle via affixing their signature in the Flyer.
8. Winners will be randomly selected from the database of Sun Cellular which contains all subscriptions of Sun Postpaid Plans listed in item no.2 from July 3-July 24, 2013. Determination of winners will be on July 25, 2013 at 5:00PM to be held in Sun Cellular head office branch located at the 29th flr. of Galleria Corporate Center, Ortigas cor. Edsa.
9. There will be one (1) winner either from a Sun Postpaid subscription or from Sun Broadband subscription.
10. Winners will be informed on July 26, 2013 and will be contacted by Sun Cellular via call, email and mailing to the registered mail stated in their application form through an authorized representative.
11. The one (1) winner will be given (along with 1 guest) the following:
• Concert tickets – August 10 (9am-11am) & August 11 (9am-11am) at Maishima Osaka Site.
• Airfare roundtrip Manila- Round Trip ticket to Osaka from August 9, 2013 to August 12, 2013
• Hotel accommodation - Accommodations have yet to be booked but will be near the venue. Check-in will be on August 9 and check-out on August 12, 2013. Total accommodation is 4 days.
• Transfers from where to where: Transfer allowance of Php 8,000/person (From airport to hotel)
• Pocket money how much? Pocket money of Php20,000/person
12. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash
13. Winners can redeem their prize at Radio High, 3rd level Silver City Mall, Frontera Verde Drive, cor Julia Vargas Ave. Pasig City from July 26- July 30, 2013.
14. The winner must present the following to claim his/her prize:
• Proof of purchase: Statement of Account (for current subscribers) or Official Receipt for new subscribers
• Valid ID with picture and address
• The validated email they received from Sun Cellular
15. Winner shall take responsibility with all travel documents, taxes and other travel related expenses.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Acceptance of the prize constitutes the permission to photograph the winners and his/her group (if they will accompany the winner) during the acceptance of the prize in Sun Cellular office and also during the Summer Sonic festival. The name and photos aforementioned can also be used for advertising purposes without further notice, unless prohibited by law.
2. All photos will be SUN CELLULAR’S property and it is in SUN CELLULAR’s discretion on how and where such submitted photos will be used, whether for promotional, internal or for whatever purpose it may serve.
3. All employees of Smart communications, Sun Cellular and Digitel Telecommunications Philippines and Radio High including their agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
4. If the winner is a minor, then he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian when claiming their prize. The winner’s parent/legal guardian must then present his/her valid identification and proof that his/her is the parent/ legal guardian of the subscriber.
