Promo Terms and Conditions

1. The promo is open to all EastWest Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing^*.
2. Promo period is from October 2 to December 31, 2014.
3. Cardholders shall get the Coby CMP420 Smartphone and Coby MID7065U Tablet with Keyboard  for FREE with their Sun Plan 499 subscription subject to the following conditions:
• Cardholders must present their EastWest Bank Credit Card with a valid ID in any The Sun Shop.
• Cardholders must accomplish and submit the Sun Cellular Subscription Application form; Standard Sun Plan 499 terms and conditions shall apply.
• Cardholders must not be in Sun Cellular’s blacklist or have any existing delinquent Sun line/s. Cardholders with delinquency must settle their account balance before the approval of their new subscription.
• Once the Sun Cellular application is approved, the cardholder must settle the advance monthly service fee (P499) and charge the 18-month Plan 499 monthly service fee via EastWest Bank 0% Installment (Cardholder charges P8,982 on his EastWest Bank Credit Card but is billed P499 per month in his Credit Card statement. This is reflected as a credit in his Sun Cellular monthly statement).
• Mandatory enrollment to Sun Electronic Billing is required.
4. Redemption period is until sixty (60) days from end of the promo period.
5. Promo offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, offers, discounts/privileges and giveaways.
6. Offer is valid for straight charge and 0% installment transactions for up to 18 months.
7. The 0% installment offer shall apply provided the Cardholder pays his/her total statement balance in full**.
8. All 0% installment transactions are subject to EastWest’s credit authorization criteria upon purchase of goods.
9. Terms and Conditions for Merchant Installment indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

**Each fixed monthly installment forms part of the total statement balance. Should the Cardholder opt to pay only the minimum payment due, this would include only a percentage of the monthly installment, in which case a finance charge will be imposed in addition to the applicable interest due on the monthly installment.
