PROMO MECHANICS:

  1. The promo is open to all Sun Postpaid subscribers nationwide.
  2. Sun Postpaid will be giving away 30 Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 units to 30 lucky subscribers who will be drawn at the end of the promo period. There will also be a consolation prize of 10 Powerbanks for 10 winners.
  3. To join the promo, subscribers simply need to avail any of the following services worth at least P49 in order to earn 1 raffle entry:
    • Spinnr VIP 49 subscription (worth P49).
    • Book or magazine single purchase transaction through the Buqo app worth at least P49.
    • E-Pin single purchase transaction through the GameX web portal (http://epins.gamex.ph) worth at least P49.
    • Java Game single purchase transaction through Gameloft Shop (http://wapshop.gameloft.com/sun) worth at least P49.
  4. Repeat purchase of participating SKUs will result to additional raffle entries.
  5. Promo duration: April 8 – May 31, 2015
  6. Winners may only be drawn once.
  7. Winner may only claim if he has no outstanding balance or charge above credit limit. Otherwise, he must settle 100% of his balance within seven (7) days prior to claiming of the prize. If account is not settled within the specified timeframe, he forfeits claim to the prize (w/ prior DTI approval).
  8. The electronic raffle draw will be held on June 2 (Tuesday), 4:00PM at the 28th floor, Smart Tower, 6799 Ayala Avenue Makati City­­­­­­­­­, witnessed by a DTI-NCR representative.
  9. Winners of the raffle will be notified through a call by an official Sun Postpaid representative and registered mail.
  10. All winners can claim their prize at the 23rd floor, Smart Tower, 6799 Ayala Avenue Makati City­­­­­­­­­. Prizes of provincial winners will be shipped to The Sun Shop closest to their official address.
  11. Upon pick-up of the prize, all winners should present any two (2) of the following valid IDs with photo and home address (Passport, Driver’s License, SSS, Company/School/Voter’s ID).
  12. Employees of DMPI/Sun Cellular, Smart Communications and its suppliers, such as its advertising/PR agencies and printers up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
  13. Prizes are tax-free. Taxes will be shouldered by Sun Cellular. Prizes are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash.
