NON-STOP SURF LOYALTY MECHANICS PROMO

  1. Promo is open to all Non-stop Surf subscribers for Sun Prepaid and Sun Postpaid and Non-stop Surf plan subscribers for Sun Broadband Postpaid from October 10, 2015 to November 30, 2015.

  2. To qualify for the loyalty rewards, subscribers must simply register to the NON-STOP LOYALTY PROMO for free thru the following ways:

    1. Via SMS: Text SUNDISNEYONICE via 2470
    2. Via Online: Log-on to www.suncellular.com.ph/disneyonice
    3. He or she must provide her name, home address, contact number, address, email, age and gender. Valid registration will receive a correct syntax confirmation from 2470.

    Note: Registration is part of the requirements set by DTI, this is to have an unbiased system that will allow equal opportunity for all participations to win.

  3. One-time registration only per SIM card. Only one registered name per mobile number. Registration is free of charge.
  4. The Non-Stop Surf subscription will determine the number of loyalty entries that subscriber will earn.
  5. All information sent will be kept confidential

LOYALTY DRAW

  1. There will be 3 sets of awardees (Postpaid, Prepaid and Broadband Postpaid). Each awardee will get four (4) Box Tickets. Please see breakdown of winners below:

    *For postpaid, subscriber must be in good credit standing at the time of the draw to be declared an awardee of the promo.

  2. Awardees will be drawn during the following dates below:

  3. Loyalty entries are not transferable. It is tied to the number that was registered
  4. Awardees may only be awarded once regardless if his/her name is drawn again in other dates.
  5. Awardees should be able to claim the tickets at Smart Tower 6799, Ayala Avenue, 1226, Makati City at his or her expense. Smart will not shoulder the cost of travel and other related expenses of the awardees to be able to claim the ticket.
  6. Awardees can claim their tickets upon notice until December 23, 2015
  7. Representatives from SMART, and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) will be present during the draw and will witness the drawing of awardees. Decisions of the SMART representatives shall be final with concurrence of the DTI representative.

VALIDATION PROCESS

  1. Awardees shall be notified via SMS or through our Customer care hotline
  2. Smart reserves the right to conduct further validation and verification before awarding the prize.

  4. For Prepaid, Only entries accumulated from October 10 12:01 AM to December 15, 2015 11:59 PM will be considered valid & included in the promo.
  5. For Postpaid, Nonstop surf promo availed before registering but within the promo date can still earn entries as long as the subscriber registers within the promo period
  6. For Broadband, all Gadgets will also earn based on their Non-Stop surf plan inclusions (i.e. Non-Stop Surf 450 or Non-Stop Surf 699)
  7. Loyalty entries can only be earned when a subscriber has fully registered to SUNDISNEYONICE. Previous availment of Nonstop surf or current Nonstop surf subscription before registration will not have entries
  8. Subscriber who avails of any of the Non-Stop Offers but fails to register will not be qualified to be rewarded.
  9. Subscriber can check their earned entries by texting DISNEYONICEENTRIES to 2470 or online for free.

  10. With prior DTI approval, Smart has the right to forfeit subscribers from the reward if he or she has been proven to be rewarded or increased entries due to fraudulent transactions. Fraudulent transactions may include but are not limited to the use of:

    1. stolen or fake accounts
    2. domain hijacking
    3. automated scripts to play or to interfere with the promo's normal flow
    4. data injection into the gaming server
