Much of its success lies in Waffle Time's recognition that operations must run smoothly to keep their franchisees and customer happy. Supervising day-to-day operations of food products in all outlets is a logistical challenge, but with Sun Cellular's Call and Text Unlimited, Waffle Time is able to overcome difficulties to successful manage its business.

"We take orders and distribute our waffles to all outlets, keeping them freshly stocked to serve our customers well," says Grace Epilepcia-Barañao, VP-Operations.
