Sun Cellular gives their all-out support for Step Juan, a walking expedition headed by Tomas Leonor which aims to raise funds for the cancer-stricken children of the Philippine Children's Medical Center. Since April 4, Leonor has started walking from Samar, with the final destination slated to be in Boracay on May 27, without the aid of land, sea, or air transportation. Sun Cellular equipped Leonor with a Track & Trace handset-enabled device, an innovation from Sun that allows Tomas' mobile phone to be located by Sun Cellular's server every 10 minutes, thereby keeping real-time reports of his whereabouts. Sun Cellular offers Track & Trace Asset and Track & Trace Personnel for their business clients, two solutions that provide business owners and managers real time reports of their assets and employees' location.
