Paving the way for the development and modernization of Nueva Ecija, Sun Business, the business solutions arm of Sun Cellular, recently forged partnerships with the local water firms by effectively providing solutions which help in optimizing information dissemination to customers.

"With the budding local economy of Nueva Ecija, it is time to do away with outdated means of cascading information. Nueva Ecija water districts made the good choice in partnering with Sun Business, ensuring effective communication with clients, and seamless business processes," says Edita Juliano, Sun Cellular’s Field Operations Head for North and Central Luzon.

Among the water firms signing the partnership are Cabanatuan, Guimba, Santa Rosa (N.E.), and Penaranda water districts.

These partnerships with Sun Business provide each water firm with key Sun Business services, including Message Cast and Sun postpaid plans. Prior to the partnership, water companies in Nueva Ecija resort to outdated means of informing customers on water disruptions and promotions, by way of flyering and broadcasting announcements via megaphone.

With Message Cast, the water firms can now effectively and efficiently disseminate information directly to their customers in just one send. The service also allows SMS scheduling and lets the water firms use their company name as the official sender name.
