SUNTASTIC HOLIDAY PROMO

MECHANICS

  1. This promo is open to MVP Rewards members who will recontract and/or apply for a new Sun Postpaid Non-Stop LTE plans in Sun Shops and blitzes.
  2. Promo will run from November 29, 2018 – January 15, 2019.
  3. Customers who recontract or applies for a new postpaid plan during the promo period, gets corresponding raffle entries.

  4. Winners will be drawn via electronic raffle draw with the presence of DTI representative at 10am, 25th floor, Smart Tower 2, Ayala Ave., Makati City.
  5. There will be 3 raffle draws with the corresponding categories, cuts and prizes:

  6. This promo is applicable to unique and valid postpaid and MVP Rewards accounts only.
  7. MVP Rewards members who are blacklisted in SUN or SMART cannot participate in this promo
  8. MVP Rewards and Loyalty Solutions reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prize or reward to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits)
  9. Winners will be notified via registered mail, e-mail, SMS and call out.
  10. List of winners will also be posted in MVP Rewards and Sun’s official social media site/s.
  11. Winners may claim their prize at:

    For NCR winners: 7F Smart Tower 1, 6799 Ayala Ave. Makati City.

    For provincial winners: claim at the Sun Shop where the customer had availed the postpaid line. Winners may claim their prize personally or through an authorized representative.

    For the Travel category winners:

    • Booking of travel will be through accredited agency
    • Boracay trip for 2 (hotel accommodation and airfare)
    • Travel period until June 30, 2018
  12. Winner just needs to present one (1) valid ID and show member’s MVP virtual or physical card when claiming prize except for winners of the Dining, Entertainment and Shopping categories, where prizes will be credited to customers respective MVP Rewards account.
  13. Winners have until 60 days from receipt of notification, to claim the prize.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Sun Postpaid Nonstop LTE Plan subscriber should be an MVP Rewards member to qualify for the promo.
  2. Prizes are non-transferrable. Non-cash prizes are not convertible to cash.
  3. Employees of PLDT, Smart Communications Inc, Digitel Mobile Philippines Inc, MVP Rewards and Loyalty Solutions Inc, and their subsidiaries are not qualified for this promo.

HOW TO EARN A RAFFLE ENTRY

  1. A list of MVP Rewards members registered within the pre-defined period will be extracted from the MVP Rewards platform. Each member has a unique ID number which is created upon registration.
  2. All ID number will be uploaded to Randomizer.org
  3. Each ID number is equivalent to 1 e-raffle ticket.
  4. Raffle entries are based on assigned raffle per postpaid plan availed.
  5. A member can only win once. If a name was drawn more than once in a draw date, he/she gets the prize of the higher value.
