  1. What are Non-Stop Surf Loads?

    Non-Stop Surf Loads offers Sun subscribers the following inclusions:

    1. Non-Stop access to “light” or “casual” browsing without consuming or depleting any volume data. These includes the following activities:

      • Web Searching (e.g Google, Yahoo!, Bing, etc.)
      • Web Reading (e.g. blog sites, news, articles, etc.)
      • Social media browsing, posting with or without photos, comments, status updates, liking, etc. (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
      • Email reading/sending plain text with or without attachments (e.g. Outlook, Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.)
      • Chat messaging with or without photos, stickers, etc. (e.g. Whatsapp, Viber, Line, etc.)
      • Navigation (e.g Waze, Maps, etc.)
      • Mobile Applications (e.g. Wikipedia app, Foodpanda app, Uber, Google, etc.)

    2. Open-access volume for all “heavy” internet activities. This includes the following activities:

      • Streaming of videos/music (e.g. Youtube, Vimeo, Deezer, etc.)
      • Downloading/Uploading files (e.g. pictures, files, videos, movies, music, emails, etc.)
      • Peer to Peer (e.g torrent, etc.)
      • VOIP / App & Video calls (e.g Viber, Skype, Facetime, etc.)
      • Mobile applications that do streaming/ downloading/uploading (e.g Youtube app, Vimeo app, etc.)

    3. FREE Spinnr access

      • Subscribers also get FREE Spinnr access to stream all the songs they want up to the specific Spinnr MB inclusions given for the load (please refer to FAQ #3 for the specific details).
      • Accessing Spinnr will NOT consume the load’s open-access inclusions as long as it is still within the allocated volume.

    These loads are best-suited for social users or those who feel at ease with knowing that they have access to the internet for when they need it or when they feel like going online.

    These offers are all available for all Sun Prepaid, Sun Postpaid, Sun Broadband Prepaid and Sun Broadband Postpaid subscribers.

    You can avail of these loads via the following channels:

  5. What speeds will I experience when subscribed to Non-Stop Surf Packages?

    • Once you reach 50MB/day, you will experience 2G speeds on these activities. Regular speeds will refresh the following day.
    • Minimum GPRS speed of 12 to 48 Kbps where wireless broadband service is not available can be experienced at 80% service reliability rate.

  6. What will happen when I fully consume my open access volume inclusions?

    Once you fully consume your open access volume inclusions, you will be charged via your regular load at a rate of P5/15 minutes or any applicable existing load bucket they have availed of.

  7. How can I extend my access to streaming and downloading sites once my open-access volume inclusions are fully consumed?

    You can get additional open access volume inclusions with your Non-Stop Surf Loads by subscribing to any of these add-ons:
