Non-Stop Surf allows users to fo the following “light” or “casual” internet activities without consuming or depleting any volume data.
  • Web Searching (e.g. Google. Yahoo, Bing etc)
  • Web Reading (e.g. Blog sites, news, sports, entertainment, other articles, etc)
  • Social Media Posting with or without photos, comments, update ins tatus like etc. e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
  • Email reading/sending plain text with or without attachments (e.g. Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Gmail, etc)
  • Chat messaging with or without photos, stickers, etc. (WhatsApp, Line, Viber, etc) with or wihtout photos
  • Navigation (e.g. Waze, Maps, etc. )
  • Mobile applications (e.g. Wikipedia app, Foodpanda app, Uber app, Google app, etc)

Open-access Surfing

  • Default rate of P0.50 per mb on top of the monthly service fee
  • 1 GB of Volume for Plan 450 or 1.5 GB for Plan 699
Aside from the light/casual items above, the following “heavy” internet activities are also allowed and WILL CONSUME an assigned volume (MB) allocation per plan:
  • Streaming of videos/music (e.g. Vimeo, YouTube, Deezer, Spinnr, etc)
  • Downloading / Uploading foles (e.g. pictures files, videos, movies, music, emails, etc)
  • VOIP or Calls over the internet (e.g. Viber, Skype, Facetime audio/video, iMessage Voice Messaging, etc)
  • Mobile applications that do streaming/ downloading/ uploading (e.g. YouTube app, Vimeo app, etc)
NOTE: Once you exceed your open access volume allocation, they will be charged P0.50/MB on top of their monthly service fee.

    • Minimum GPRS speed of 12 to 48 Kbps where wireless broadband service is not available can be experienced at 80% service reliability rate.
    • Speed is also dependent on the type of device being used and prevailing internet/website data traffic.
  2. 2. What will happen to my open access volume allocation when it is fully used?

    • Subscribers will be notified via SMS once they have consumed 50, 80, 100% of the open access volume allocation.   3. 3. Will the unused MB (open access volume allocation) be carried over the next month?

    • No, all unused MB may not be carried over to next month. To make the most of the monthly volume allocation, we suggest that you use it within the month.
  4. 4. When is the renewal/replenishment of the monthly open access allocation?

    • Monthly allotted open access volume allocation will renew every 1st of the month.
  5. 5. Will the Non-Stop plans be able to call and text?

    • Yes, the Non-Stop Surf plans will be able to call & text and will have monthly call & SMS allotments depending on your plan.
