Reading your Bill
You will receive a printout of your statement of account (SOA) monthly.
This will be sent to the Billing Address indicated on your application form.
1. Account Number
This is your account’s identifier. It is important to remember your account number for paying your bill, upgrading your plan, and other important transactions.
2. Mobile Number
This is the number of your SIM.
3. Credit Limit
This is the set limit that you can spend monthly. Once you reach your credit limit, your account gets temporarily disconnected.
4. Plan Type
This is the Postpaid plan you subscribed to.
5. Billing Period
This the period covered by the Current Statement of Account.
6. Due Date
Payment should be made before this date to ensure that the current SOA will not be tagged as
“Unpaid Balance from Previous Bill.”
7. Total Amount Due
This is the total amount that is due immediately.
eStatement of Account
For your convenience you may register for an electronic Statement of Account through the My Sun Webpage.
Once you’ve registered successfully, you will receive your E-SOA via email, or you may also access it through My Sun anytime.
Bills Payment
Just remember to bring your latest Statement of Account when you pay.
