    Long Term Evolution (LTE) is a network technology that allows users to experience ultra-fast data speed. Now you can upgrade to this experience with Sun Broadband LTE and enjoy speeds of up to 42Mbps.
  • WHAT ARE THE DEVICE OPTIONS FOR THIS PLAN?
    Sun Broadband LTE Plans require an LTE device and LTE SIM optimized to Sun LTE frequencies. For Plan 999, there are two LTE devices available – a pocket wifi and a USB modem.
  • WHICH AREAS HAVE LTE?
    For the updated and specific list of LTE areas, kindly refer to the LTE COVERAGE link below.
  • WHY CAN’T I CONNECT TO LTE?
    Make sure that you check the following items:
    • You are in an area with Sun LTE coverage
    • You are using a Sun LTE SIM
    • You are subscribed to a Sun Broadband LTE package
    • Your device is LTE capable
  • HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M CONNECTED TO LTE?
    You are connected to LTE if there is a “4G” signal displayed on your device screen.
  • WHAT CAN I DO WITH 4GB?
    You can browse, stream, search, chat and download anything within the consumable MB allocation of the plan. Here’s a sample of what you can do online with 4GB:

  • WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF I REACH 4GB?
    You will receive SMS notifications when they reach 2GB, 3GB and 4GB.
  • WILL MY UNUSED MB BE CARRIED OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH?
    No. Unused MB will not be carried over to the next billing cycle.
  • WHEN DOES MY 4GB REPLENISH?
    The 4GB volume allocation replenishes every start of the billing cycle.
  • CAN THESE PLANS CALL & TEXT?
    No. Sun Broadband LTE Plans are purely data plans.
  • How can I monitor my MB usage using my LTE device?
    • LTE Modem – Found under the Statistics option of the modem user interface. Here, you can monitor Upload, Download and Total MB usage.

      (Note: The MB statistics are for the user’s reference only. Actual traffic information is counted on the basis of the traffic data collected by the network service provider.)

      • Access the device user interface by opening your browser and logging in to http://192.168.0.1 (Default Password: admin)
