Who can avail of the Tri-net Add-ons?
- Available for all existing Regular Sun Cellular Postpaid subscribers
- Prepaid-SIM Based Postpaid Plans cannot avail the add-on plans (Fixed Load Plan and Easy Line)
- Group Plans and Corporate Plans also cannot avail
What are the requirements to subscribe to the Tri-net Plans?
- Must have at least 70% available/unused credit limit
- No required tenure.
What is the holding period of the Tri-net Add-ons?
- The Tri-net add-ons have no holding period but subscriber request for disconnection, in the event of, can only be applied on every end of his monthly billing period.
- NOTE: Deactivation can only be done via ICMS and will not be available via OTA.
How will the SMS inclusion of the Tri-net Add-on Plans and consumable value be used together with regular Sun Postpaid Plans’ FREE SMS allocation?
- Free SMS allocation of the existing plan (e.g. 250 SMS for Plan 350) of the subscriber will be consumed after the SMS inclusion of the Tri-net add-ons.
- How will the voice inclusion of the Tri-net Add-on Plans be used together with regular Sun Postpaid Plans’ consumable value?
- The consumable value of the existing plan of the subscriber will be consumed after the voice inclusion of the Smart Add-on Plans.
How will the mobile data inclusion of the Tri-net Add-on Plans be used together with regular Sun Postpaid Plans’ consumable value?
- The consumable value of the existing plan of the subscriber will be consumed after the data inclusion of the SUN Add-on Plans.
What will happen if the subscription to the Tri-net add-on is done during the middle of a subscriber’s billing cycle?
- Tri-net add-ons will not be pro-rated and charges will be applied on the billing cycle that the service is activated. The remaining unused inclusions will be forfeited at the end of the billing cycle.
- With this, it is strongly encouraged to advice subscribers to post-activate Tri-net add-ons on the start of his/her next immediate billing period.
Can I subscribe to multiple Tri-net add-ons?
- No, you can’t subscribe to two variants of Tri-net Add-ons at the same time.
How much will it cost me if I go over my call/SMS/data allocations with this add-on?
