PROMO PERIOD: April 19, 2017 – June 30, 2017

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open for all Sun Postpaid subscribers. No registration needed.
   • Excluded:
     • Sun Broadband Postpaid, Corporate and Retail Corporate accounts
     • Subscribers under collection treatment
     • Employees of Smart Communications Inc., its third party agencies (Creative, Media, PR, Events), and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity
     • Subscribers who requested for permanent or temporary disconnection during the promo period
2. PRIZES: Eligible subscribers can get a chance to win the following prizes depending on the category:

3. HOW TO JOIN: There are two categories where eligible subscribers can join.
   

   EARLY BIRD MONTHLY WINNER	EARLY BIRD GRAND WINNER
   Eligible subscribers must simply pay their monthly due in full and on-time 1 payment = 1 raffle entry	Eligible subscribers must consistently pay their monthly dues in full and on-time within the 3-month promo period (April, May and June) 3 consecutive payments = 1 raffle entry

4. OTHER MECHANICS:
   • No limit on how many times a subscriber can win (ex. Subscriber may win as the Early Bird Monthly Winner and as the Early Bird Grand Winner)
   • Payments made through Sun Shops, Accredited Payment Centers, Online Payments and Self Care Channels are qualified. Payments made using Rewards points are excluded.
   • Non-winning monthly raffle entries will not be qualified anymore for the succeeding monthly draws.
5. RAFFLE DRAW:
   • Raffle draw will be done via an online electronic randomizer at the 27th floor Smart Tower, 6799 Ayala Avenue, 1226 Makati City in the presence of a DTI representative. Refer below for the schedule.

6. Announcement of Winners:
   • Winners shall be notified via callout from Sun’s special access code 7777. Subscriber's details such as name, account number, email address and registered billing address where the letter will be sent shall also be confirmed during the callout.
   • A registered mail shall also be sent to the winner and follow-up callouts shall be done to confirm receipt of the letter.
   • Name of winners will be announced via Sun’s Pay Early, Get Lucky website (suncellular.com.ph/getlucky)
   • Winners from Metro Manila/NCR must claim their prizes at Sun’s Head Office, 6799 Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
   • Provincial winners may claim their prizes from any Sun Shop.
   • Winners must present the following upon claiming of prize:
     1. At least one (1) valid ID (SSS ID, Driver’s license, School ID*, Passport) with complete name, age, gender and picture
        *Note: For school IDs, they must reflect that he/she is enrolled for the current school year, semester or term.
     2. Photocopy of the valid ID
     3. Notification Letter sent by Smart Communications, Inc.
   • For the Early Bird Monthly Winner:
     1. Winners will be given 60 days from receipt of registered notice to claim their prize. Prize/s shall be forfeited upon the winner’s failure to claim their prize during redemption period with prior DTI approval.
   • For the Early Bird Grand Winner:
     1. Winners will be given 60 days from receipt of registered notice to book their travel prize. Prize/s shall be forfeited upon the winner’s failure to book their prize during redemption period with prior DTI approval.
     2. Travel period is only valid until 6 months from receipt of registered notice.
     3. Passport should be valid at least 6 months before travel date. All out-of-pocket expenses, meals, travel tax/ insurance, and any other ancillary costs incurred by the winners are the responsibility of the individual prizewinner.
   • The prize is transferable but not convertible to cash or any other item. Prizes may be transferred (prior receiving actual plane ticket) to the winner’s nominated recipient who is able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of prizes.
   • All complaints and queries regarding this promotional activity may be attended by our toll-free 24/7 Hotline that may be reached by dialing 200 from any Sun Postpaid or Prepaid line.
   • Smart Communications, Inc. may disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winner/s in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.
