Access to after-sales assistance is made more convenient via Sun’s newest SMS and online customer care platforms--the SunSagot (via text), My Sun (via online), and USSD(via call) portals for FREE.

MySun is an online portal that empowers you to check your account details such as credit limit, running balance and outstanding balance—all without having to contact the Sun hotline or the nearest Sun Shop. You can easily access MySun portal at my.suncellular.com.ph using your phone, tablet, or PC.  Simply enter your mobile number or email address to register to the service. Subscribers can do bill and balance inquiry, review their account details, Sun Choice Rewards enrollment, and many more.

SunSagot, on the other hand, offers fast and reliable response system via SMS. The portal provides 24/7 information on Sun Cellular’s products and services, anytime you wish, free of charge. To avail of the SunSagot service, simply text SunSagot to 1200. You will then receive a menu of categories that will give you access to the most relevant and up-to-date information on Sun products and services.  Subscribers can get to know the latest Sun promos, products, and services.

Lastly, USSD is done via call. Subscribers would just have to key *247# on their phones. For Sun Prepaid just choose Load Balance to inquire on your latest Prepaid balance, while on the other hand key in Bills Inquiry for Sun Postpaid.
