Choose your Sun Broadband device below:

Open your Sun Broadband User Panel by clicking on the icon on your desktop.

Go to the Settings tab.
It’s the folder with the gear on it.

Choose Network Settings, then click on Manual. Click on apply.

Choose Network Settings, then click on Manual. Click on apply.

Return to automatic by going back to the Network Settings and selecting Auto. Enjoy surfing with a stronger signal!


Sun Broadband Pocket Wifi
Pocket Wifi - Step 1

Step 1

Open your internet browser and go to the address for your device: 192.168.0.1 for ZTE device or 192.168.1.1 for Huawei device.

Log-in with the username “admin” and the password “admin.”

Step 3

Temporarily disconnect from the network and go to Settings.

Go to Network Selection. Choose Manual then click Search.

From the list that appears, choose either Sun or SMART, and click register.

Step 6

Go back to Network Selection and choose Automatic.

Reconnect and enjoy your stronger connection!


Sun Broadband Tablets

Step 1

Go to your Mobile Network settings.

Choose select manually.

From the available networks, select either SMART or Sun.

Go back to network settings and select Choose automatically.

Step 5

On your setting, enable Mobile Data and Data Roaming.
NOTE: When going out of the country, turn off Data Roaming to avoid additional charges.
