PROMO MECHANICS:

  1. All new and existing subscribers of Sun Broadband are eligible to join the raffle promo.
  2. Promo period is from July 15, 2015 to December 31, 2015.

  3. Subscribers will only need to register to the promo once by either registering online or by texting the syntax:

    LOADIT<space>Complete Name/Contact Number/Complete Address/Email to 299 using their Sun Broadband Prepaid SIM. Registration is free.

  4. Subscribers may also register via the Sun Broadband UI. They will only need to:

    1. Connect their device to the Sun Broadband network
    2. Open a browser and type in: 192.168.0.1 (for ZTE pocket WiFis) or 192.168.1.1 (for Huawei pocket WiFi)
    3. Upon landing on the UI, click on the SMS tab and New Message button
    4. Type in the syntax LOADIT<space>Complete Name/Contact Number/Complete Address/Email and send to 229
    5. Once successfully registered, subscriber will also receive a notification through the UI

  5. Once registered, subscribers will automatically earn e-raffle entries for any of the following scenarios:

    1. Activate a Sun Broadband SIM or Device

      New and existing subscribers will earn e-raffle entries upon loading via Xpress Load, Goldmine, Load Cards, Conversion and Load Registration in the Online Sun Shop.

    3. Maintain an active subscriber status

      An e-raffle entry will be credited to subscribers automatically on the first day of each month simply for maintaining their Sun Broadband account active in the previous month. Loading any Sun Broadband load at least once a month will keep an account active.

  6. Using the registered Sun Broadband SIM, subscribers can text LOADIT<space>ENTRIES to 299 to see how many e-raffle entries they have earned throughout the promo duration. Kindly note that the raffle entries earned will be reflected in the system after 24 hours.

  7. All valid entries are eligible to win in any of the monthly draws.

  9. A subscriber may only win once per draw. In instances where more than one entry of the subscriber are drawn on the draw date, he will be get the prize with the higher value.
  10. Winners in any of the draws will be contacted via call and registered mail through the information they provided upon registering. Announcements will also be made in Sun Broadband’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.

  11. Draws will be made monthly starting August 2015 to January 2016.

  12. Claiming of prizes will start one day after each draw beginning August 2015 at the 25/F 6799 Smart Tower, Ayala Ave., Makati City from 8AM to 5PM on weekdays. Winners may redeem prizes within 60 days upon receipt of the registered mail.
  13. Winners will need to present two (2) valid government-issued IDs with photo and the Sun Broadband SIM registered in the promo.
  14. Provincial winners may claim their prize at the nearest Sun Shop identified in the area. Unclaimed prizes within the redemption period will be forfeited with prior approval of DTI.
  15. Unclaimed prizes within the redemption period will be forfeited with prior approval of DTI.
  16. Employees of Smart and its advertising/PR agencies and their relatives of up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
